"Edit: I have to edit this review because couple of years ago I wrote a deserving bad review, I complained directly to corporate and even threatened them with the health department. I think my voice was heard and they took action and closed the establishment for around a month to remodel. I went to eat today and they move from 1 star to 5 stars all around. That’s the way to take care of business. Well done! Old Review: The area manager should be aware of the poor cleaning habits both St Cloud taco bell have. So dirty I have to do a 360 and leave before ordering."

"This is THE BEST Taco Bell I have ever been to. Unfortunately I did not get the employees names, I went on a Saturday around 1:00PM. Incredible customer service and the food tasted fresh and perfectly made. Highly recommend this location!"

"The bathroom code is 1709. As a homeless person, this is one of the places to sleep. They don’t ever know I’m there and I’ve slept there for 4 months straight. I am unbelievably happy about their service"

"I want to take a moment to recognize the amazing service I received at Taco Bell on September 11th around 9:10 pm. The young woman working the drive thru with very short hair went above and beyond to make my experience a positive one. She was incredibly respectful and patient the entire time and treated me with genuine kindness. Even though it was busy she never made me feel rushed and made sure everything with my order was correct. That kind of customer service is rare and it honestly left a lasting impression on me. She turned what could have been just another fast food stop into something memorable. I truly hope her hard work and attitude are recognized because employees like her make all the difference."

"Idk who you got working Saturday December 20th 2025 at 10:30 at night. But I just got the best looking food I ever seen from a Taco Bell in my life. All packaged nicely in a cardboard box instead of those cheap brown bags that rip the second you grab it. Y’all I’ve never praised a Taco Bell more in my life than right now. "This location is absolutely AMAZING. Ordered through Doordash and it said that my usual order was out of stock, so I ordered something similar and they somehow KNEW to make it as close to my usual order as possible by putting the melted cheese on top. Chef's kiss."

"I only come to this Taco Bell because of Denisha! She is a shining star. It could be 5pm or 2am and you can still hear the smile in her voice when you approach the drive thru speaker. She is patient and kind. The team that supports her always gets my order right and my food is always hot (unlike the Taco Bell on Narcoossee Rd which is closer to my house, but FAR from better) I go out of my way when I’m craving Taco Bell to come to this location because I know I’ll be taken care of properly.
